How do I return a product to CustomPCBuild?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return certain products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy:

• Products must be in original condition and packaging.
• Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
• Customized PCs may have special return terms; check your order details.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
2. Select the product you want to return and click Return Item.
3. Follow instructions to print a return shipping label.
4. Ship the product back within 7 days.
